Mike Plaia is a seasoned executive and West Point graduate with over 30 years of leadership experience across startups, mid-market, and Fortune 500 companies. As CEO of PharmaPoint, a technology-enabled pharmacy management company, Mike has led the organization to national recognition, earning multiple awards from Inc. Magazine, RxInsider, and the Birmingham Business Journal. He previously helped launch and scale Source Medical and Industriaplex, both of which achieved rapid growth and industry acclaim. His career began at GE, where he served on the corporate audit staff, overseeing acquisition integrations and Six Sigma initiatives.
A U.S. Army veteran and former Field Artillery Officer, Mike brings a values-driven leadership style shaped by his military service and deep community roots. He is an active mentor, coach, and nonprofit board leader, committed to developing future leaders both in business and in youth sports.
Jane Gentry has had a successful 30-year career as a CEO, Business Consultant, Executive Coach, and Keynoter.
