Execution Sprint
Transform How Your Business Operates When Growth Has Exposed Systemic Issues.
For CEOs who have tried piecemeal fixes—new hires, new software, new consultants—and the core operating model is still broken.
Common Transformations
- Operational Workflow Redesign: Fix Quote-to-Cash, Service Delivery, or Supply Chain flows — including where AI should be embedded for decision support vs. where it’s adding noise.
- Post-M&A Integration: Aligning disparate cultures, processes, and technology investments into one operating model.
- Org Design & Decision Rights: Clarifying who decides what — and where AI can compress the information leaders need to decide faster.
- PE Portfolio Optimization: Aligning operating models to value creation plans and EBITDA targets post-acquisition.
A note on AI: Every Execution Sprint now includes an AI diagnostic as part of the assessment. We map where your current AI tools are creating activity (noise) vs. leverage (value), and we redesign the workflows that matter most — typically 2–3 critical processes — to use AI for decision support, not just task automation. If you’ve deployed AI tools and haven’t seen EBITDA recovery, this is usually why: the AI is sitting on top of a broken operating model. We fix the model first.

FAQ Questions
01 How is this different from a fractional COO?
A fractional COO embeds in your org chart and stays. I work at the design layer to fix systemic issues, then I leave once your team can run it. No permanent overhead, no dependency.
01 What does “embedded” mean?
I’m in your business 2–3 days per week. I attend leadership meetings, shadow operations, and work directly with your team. I see what’s actually happening — not what’s in the status report.
01 How long does a Sprint last?
Typically 4–6 months. Long enough to diagnose root causes, redesign the model, and build your team’s capability. Some extend to 9–12 months for multiple systemic issues, but always time-bound with a clear exit.
01 How do I know if I need this vs. Co-Designer?
If the problem is localized — decision process, org structure — Co-Designer works. If problems are systemic across the organization and you need someone in the building to see what’s really happening, it’s a Sprint. The assessment will tell you.
